- Checked before dispatch. Every order is inspected before it leaves us.
- Better prices on open-box items. Many of our products are open-box display units. They are unused and were imported that way, which is why they cost less.
- 15-day warranty. If an item arrives damaged or doesn’t work properly, tell us within 15 days of dispatch and we will replace it, or refund you in full if it’s out of stock. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Delivery and payment
Orders usually arrive within 2-3 working days. You can pay in advance by bank transfer, or choose cash on delivery with a Rs 500 advance payment.
